How much is shipping?
MidnightMoon provides free shipping for all U.S. and AUS orders.
Additional rates may apply for international shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Orders typically undergo processing within 5-10 business days and are dispatched within 5 business days. Please note that some handmade items may necessitate additional processing before shipment, which could lead to a few extra days.
Rest assured, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your order is on its way.
*These are typical ETA’s and final delivery time is in the hands of the carriers. For this reason, we ask that our customers allow 2-8 business days for deliveries.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, with occasional use of UPS, FedEx, and other carriers for certain shipments. Once your order is on its way, an email notification containing tracking details will be sent to you.
If you do not receive a tracking number in your email confirmation, kindly reach out to us for assistance.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is received, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations. Kindly review your order details, delivery address, and contact information carefully before confirming.
Each order is uniquely crafted and tailored specifically for you. To ensure a prompt start to the production process, we initiate work on your outfit upon order placement.
What if my package was lost, stolen, or damaged?
We strive to ensure that each order reaches you in impeccable condition, but unforeseen issues during delivery can occur.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support help.midnightmoon@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note that MidnightMoon cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed to be delivered according to address and tracking information, nor for any international shipping fees.
Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
