Refund policy

 

Your satisfaction with your MidnightMoon purchase is paramount to us! If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our dedicated customer service team is here to help you.

 

We are currently not able to process returns on delivered items unless otherwise specified in writing by MidnightMoon.

MidnightMoon offers returns and exchanges on defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items

 

- Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are defective or damaged, please report this within 48 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided.

- Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 48 hours for a possible refund or exchange.

- Incomplete Service: If a purchased item is not fully delivered, a partial or full refund may be considered.

 

Processing a return:

To facilitate timely returns within the designated period, we encourage you to try on your items promptly upon their arrival.

 

- Return requests should be made within 2 days of your order delivery.

- Items need to be sent back to MidnightMoon within 14 days for both U.S. and international customers after receiving return instructions.

- Returned items must maintain their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. 

- Neatly package returned items by folding them in protective packaging before sealing them inside the postal package. Items arriving without adequate protection or care in packaging will not qualify for a refund.

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses. Please use traceable postal service, as the return package is the customer’s responsibility until they are received by MidnightMoon.
